SALON POLICIES

  • Appointments
    All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time.

    Deposits
    Some services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total.

    Late Arrivals
    We kindly ask clients to arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or adjusted, and the deposit may be forfeited.

  • Cancellations
    We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made outside this window may result in a cancellation fee.

    No-Shows
    Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 50–100% of the service price and may be required to prepay future appointments.

  • Accepted Payments
    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Zelle, Apple Pay, etc., if applicable).

    Gratuity
    Gratuity is not included in service prices and is always appreciated but never required.

    Refunds
    All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and make reasonable adjustments.

  • Consultations
    A consultation is required before certain services. Final results depend on hair history, maintenance, and client cooperation.

    Redo Policy
    Service adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of the original appointment. Redos do not apply to changes of mind or inspiration photos.

    Hair History
    Clients must disclose all previous chemical services. Failure to do so may affect results and void redo eligibility.

  • Guests
    To maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that only the client receiving the service be present unless otherwise approved.

    Children
    For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times. Services may be paused or rescheduled if safety becomes a concern.

  • Illness
    If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.

    Personal Belongings
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to follow salon policies.
